If you need to change the shipping address or redirect a parcel to a new address AFTER your parcel has been dispatched, please contact your local HK Post Office to arrange accordingly, however please note this will likely incur an additional fee to be paid by yourself accordingly.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Humble Room in MuiWo, Hong Kong at 19 Chung Hau St., MuiWo, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10AM to 5PM Monday to Sunday.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come, and its best if you reach out in advance to fix a time so we can ensure your order is available as we will not have it on hand if you simply show up without prior notice.

International Shipping

All international shipments will be sent with Hong Kong Post with international tracking, as we try to find the best shipping rate for you at the time. Please be mindful that due to changing restrictions shipping rates and times may be affected. Unfortunately some shipments to the US do not allow for international tracking, we will try our best to comply.

PROCESSING TIMES & DISPATCH INFORMATION:

Please ensure you provide actual intended final delivery address and local phone number. Once your package is dispatched you will receive a notification with your tracking number. Our shipping provider may call you on the telephone number provided to confirm a delivery time and make sure there is someone to receive your parcel.

Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched after the weekend

No shipments on weekends.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at namaste@innerblissdesigns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE

We certainly try our best to get things shipped out and delivered as quickly as possible, however sometimes delays are to be expected.

Take a breath, do some yoga, and before you know it, BINGO, your wonderful new crystal surprise has arrived.

Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise, but we will do our best to help.

Crystals and gemstones are very precious, and will be shipped with the upmost care and attention to detail. As they are natural, there might be some natural imperfections, however please note that these will not limit or deter the healing energy in any way.

If you have received an item as a gift that does not fit exactly right, we do offer 1 free complimentary resizing, however shipment (both ways) will be billed back at customer expense prior.
